At Cravy Wavy Special Karachi Snacks, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically packed, and high-quality snacks to our customers.

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, opened, or defective, we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or the packaging is opened or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your complaint, please provide:

Your Order Number
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your complaint, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

For bank transfer or other prepaid orders, the refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via a mutually agreed-upon payment method.
